4. Ticket Purchases
4.1 Purchase Process

4.2 Payment Processing

5.2 Organizer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event information and descriptions
- Honor all ticket sales unless event is cancelled
- Maintain valid payout information (IBAN for bank transfers)
- Comply with local laws and regulations
- Respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner
5.3 Payouts
- Event proceeds are held until after the event completion
- Payouts are processed via bank transfer (IBAN) within 3-7 business days after event
- Platform fees and payment processing fees are deducted before payout
- Organizers are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Event cancellations: Full refund within 7-14 business days
- Event postponement: Tickets valid for new date or refund within 14 days
- Voluntary cancellations: Subject to organizer's refund policy
- Service fees are non-refundable

7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Create fake events or fraudulent listings
- Resell tickets at inflated prices without authorization
